  1. Who we are

Our trustees

The board meets quarterly to manage delivery of the vision for the Charity. Current trustees bring a wide range of skills and experience to the board and are keen to develop the projects which the charity can deliver.

While we have a wide range of skills and attributes across our trustee panel, we would benefit from more experience in employment and premises skills. Our current trustees are as follows -

MARK MANSELL:

A solicitor with a large London firm, Mark is Chair of Trustees, having been on the board for four years. He is also linked with Hope 4 a charity for the homeless in Rugby.

LES GILL:

Les has been a Trustee since the inception of Futures Unlocked and is based in Leicester. A retired rector he is also involved with another Leicester based charity which offers support to the homeless and unemployed.

EMMA WELLS:

Emma is Secretary to the Community Chaplaincy Association which is the overarching charity supporting all chaplaincies across the country. She is closely associated with Futures Unlocked having been operations manager in the past.

DAVID PROCTOR:

David is a new addition to the board. He is recently retired from a senior post with London Transport and brings a wealth of fundraising experience to the board.

VICTORIA de KOCK:

Victoria works at a secure training centre and is a mentor with the Charity. She has experience of resettlement in the prison environment and knows the difficulties our client cohort face when released.
