CLIENT A’S STORY

Client A was initially accommodated at the approved premises in Leamington, where he expressed a desire to remain after his termination date from the approved premises. However, he was relocated to Rugby, a place where he had limited social connections and support.

Despite this challenge, his mentor worked closely with him to explore employment opportunities, which Client A embraced. His mentor assisted in preparing his CV and disclosure letter, and as a result, Client A secured a position in a warehouse role. This employment enabled him to secure private rented accommodation, reconnect with his family, and purchase both personal items and essential goods for his children, including contributions towards school trips.

As of now, Client A has maintained stable employment and is particularly proud of the home he has created. He has also successfully abstained from alcohol and drug use for the past nine months, a remarkable achievement considering his previous history of only sustaining sobriety for three weeks in the last 15 years.
